The Role

We require a bright and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to work within our busy marketing team. You will be responsible for delivering ongoing digital engagement campaigns and exploring new ways we can promote our brand online. Passionate about all things digital with an in-depth knowledge of multi-channel campaigns, you are proactive, tenacious and absolutely love a challenge.

 

To succeed in this role you will be data driven and know how to tailor digital marketing activities to meet business needs.

 

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the marketing department to advise and ensure digital marketing is included in all of our campaigns
  • Marketing ownership of our external digital channels including our corporate and careers site, as well as our social channels
  • Setting objectives, managing campaigns and reporting on return on investment
  • Coming up with content strategies, placing content and tracking success
  • Keeping abreast of any new digital advances and advising on how best to use these advances
  • Conducting online research if required
  • Marketing ownership of our company intranet
  • Educate and train the wider business if required on a variety of digital channels
  • Ownership of our online policies

Qualifications and Training

  • Educated to degree level
  • Post graduate diploma in digital marketing or similar digital qualification preferred

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years digital b2b experience
  • Enthusiasm and passionate about digital technology
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Experience of using Google analytics and similar reporting tools
  • Good understanding of SEO and PPC
  • Team player
  • Experience of working within a similar technology or engineering environment
